The provider portal is the same interface that employees will use. Of course, the access is limited to certain pages, but the provider will see exactly what employees see.
EOP/835 Retrieval
Providers can pickup their own EOP's and 835's directly from the portal. SFTP access is also served for providers with automation capabilities.
Appeals
Providers can also initiate and track appeals from the same portal. Uploading claims documentation is also supported.
Claim Status
Save time by having providers check status of their own claims. Tracking AR can be done through claims search or using bulk lookups that produce Excel files.

Providers have access to a comprehensive yet simple search engine. They can check claim status instantly and export to Excel or print EOP PDF files as needed.
Searchable fields are customizable per market. If you don't want providers to have certain access, this can easily be disabled in configuration.
Self Service Appeals
Our portal has a section for providers to initiate and manage their own appeals. These appeals, once submitted, appear in case worker queues so that they may be worked in a timely fashion.
Appeals are often settled with proof of timely filing or simple case documentation. Providers can upload and have this data added without anyone needing to pick up the phone.
Appeals can also be faxed in by the providers. A custom process is waiting for these faxes, creates an appeal, and attaches the faxed pages.
Secure and HIPAA Compliant
The provider portal is secure and access is based on NPI number. Once added as a practice, office managers can create their own users who only have access to that office. Fine-grain permissions can be enabled from there such as the ability to create an appeal or access payment information.
